We use cloth and change her every 1 1/2 - 2 hours, unless she poos then we try to change her as soon as we realize it's in there. She's got pretty sensitive skin, so if we leave pee or poo in for too long it's bound to turn red. She goes 12 hours overnight, but in the day I just change when I smell poop or it feels squishy. Sometimes it's as little as 20 minutes sometimes as much as 3 hours. She's dry overnight so I don't change her for 12+ hours. Then she fills a diaper quickly after waking and again 20 minutes later. Then has another dry period from about 9-2. She's weird. She's not very wet after two hours, if at all so there's no point in changing her so often. We use cloth. I try & change her every two hours (excluding poops of course) but sometimes life happens & we go about 4 hours. Any longer than that & I feel guilty. Except nighttime. She usually wears her overnight diaper for anywhere from 12 to 14 hours. How often do you change?
