I do cut them and paint them myself quite often. I can't stand for them to be long. However, during my first trimester I didn't get one, because I was afraid that the smell would make me puke. However, I can't wait to go! You have to be careful ... you don't know how well they clean their stuff, and what gross things were on the feet of the people before you. Plus, if they don't cut them right they can cause ingrown toenails. I guess as soon as I start to notice that the polish is looking really crappy and the nail is getting longer then the end of my toe. But now that I'm a dad, I never have time to get away for a toenail chop. Do you guys all cut your own toenails? Either way, how often do your toenails get cut? What about your SO's?
