It depends on if I am trying to save money for something or not. With the holidays approaching I cut back to 1-2 times a week to save money, however a few months ago I was going out every day b/c I wasn't "saving" for anything. I sit right by the copy machine so when I try to eat at my desk I have 10 people (including my boss) stopping by asking me what I'm eating and starting a whole conversation about it. Plus, I've done the math and I don't save a whole lot by bringing it in. Still have to buy extra food which is expensive.. Then if I forget it's double the price since it goes bad at home and I have to buy out anyway.
