One of my least favorite things about vacation is the amount of eating out. I'll go to a convenience store and at least grab bread, peanut butter and/or yogurt, some fruit to have on hand for breakfasts or lunch. But my family and DH love to eat out so I always feel like the odd one! Dunkin Donuts for breakfast, Jimmy Johns tuna sub for lunch, and Thai food for dinner. Ugh, I feel so guilty!! :meh: Previously, I was good about prepping dinner or at least defrosting some meat. But now dinner is such a struggle because I don't know what I want to eat and not much sounds appetizing. So dinner time rolls around, and we're eating out more than ever.
