At first I got them several times a week (during HS), but as my headaches started to get better I only needed one "maintenance" message monthly (during college). That being said, I have not had one in FOREVER! and could really benefit from one. DH got my mom and I gift cards for messages the other year for Christmas and we have not used them since I was pregnant during that time. Since I found out I was pregnant I haven't gotten either. I haven't looked into whether the spa does prenatal massage yet.
