Depending on the week and my workload it can vary though. If I kick butt working on the house/yard, I earn the right not to cook for one more night (in my mind). We have date night every other friday; sometimes we go out then, sometimes we stay in. We're both good cooks and we like to cook, so we found we often eat much better at home than going out. We have date night every Thursday, Friday we usually have some sort of festival or food truck, and I go to lunch and breakfast with my mom on certain days during the week. But she pays :)
