We vacuum the vents often but i think the last time the ducts were cleaned was when we moved in. We change our filters every 6 months-a year, but the vents haven't been cleaned in over 4 years. The guys said there's so much crap in the vents and the air in our house is possibly worse than the air outside. FANTASTIC! Excited for clean vents. :)
