We pay about $8 per hour, but our girls are only 15/16 and I feel like that is fair, especially since LO is in bed when they get here. On occasion, I'll go watch another little one while DH stays home with LO, then it's our turn. Mostly, my parents are available to watch him, but occasionally, that works.
