I probably make food from my cultures once per month. We do tend to eat more peruvian food (DH's culture) more often though, wether he or I cook it.

Just made some yummy Vietnamese curry last night. Then I forget my lunch bag at home. Boo. :(

I used to think it was just okay when my mom would make it. First time I made it! My mom would be so proud!

On average, I make Vietnamese food about once or twice a month. I don't cook often (like 2-3 times a week... hoping to get the DH to cook more often), so to cook Vietnamese is extra special. Oh, I make regular white rice about once a week or every other week, but I don't consider making rice a big thing.

I made fried rice this weekend.
