My supply drops by Thursday so I add in a post morning feed pump session on Thurs & Fri. On the weekends I pump when I need to and 1x day to maintain my stash. LO fed exclusively on the right breast from week 10 until this past week. So I had been pumping the left 3x per day on weekends to prevent clogged ducts and collect my tiny 15mls per day. About a week ago I tried LO on the left again and she didn't get hysterical. I've been offering that breast a couple times a day on weekends to see if I can get it to produce more without the nipple pain I had before.
