I usually wash with hot soapy water at work and then 1-2x per week I take the parts home and run them parts through the dishwasher. LO has never really had any GI issues, except a little bit during the week after the rotovirus vaccine. I don't think she's ever gotten sick from non-sanitized pump parts. The manual said to wash the parts every time you pump and sanitize in boiling water once daily. Do you really sanitize it every single day?
