I used to see them all the time pre-marriage/DD, but now we're lucky if we can see each other 2x/year. That does suck. Thank goodness for modern technology, right? Although we've gotten into card sending too, which I really like. My closest friends are my college friends, and we try to see each other once a month or so, which has not happened since I had my baby in April. They see each other more often because most of them are still in the Philly area where we went to school, but my husband and I moved away years ago. My besties back home I see 2-3 times a year when I travel back. My college besties mostly live in NYC (even though we went to a Big 10 school in the Midwest) and I see them maybe 1-3 times/month since we have moved to the suburbs. The one I'm closest with I try to see at least every couple of weeks. The other two at least once a month. Maybe 1-2x/year because they live in different corners of the US. But I have some local (newer) friends I get to see more often, which is happy! But individually I see them much more often (monthly)? It's hard because we all have such different lifestyles right now (single, going through a divorce, married, married with kids) and everyone is super busy.
