We go up and visit a few times a year and they will drop by our house for quick visits when they come into town to run errands. FIL we usually see every day of the weekend (we have a movie night at his house on Fridays, he and DH are usually working on house projects on Saturdays and we see him at church on Sundays). They live 5 hours driving away. They have come to us more frequently since the baby was born. His parents, once or twice a year. They live on the other side of the country. She watches DD. I see her wife less often but at least once a month, sometimes much more. FIL and his wife moved across the country so I have seen them about 5 times in 3 years. The next time will be when we stay with them over Thanksgiving.
