I take a full shower and wash my hair in the morning and then in the evening take a very quick shower at night without washing my hair. Sometimes that's every day. Sometimes it's a day or two without showering. It all depends on what's going on and when I have time to take one. If I'm exercising, more like 3-4. I wash my hair 2-3 times regardless, it just doesn't handle anymore than that without getting really dry. So basically, it totally depends on my hair and I shower if I'm not able to tame it with products that go on dry, haha. If I shower without using conditioner, the steam makes it frizzier and messier. I only use shampoo about once a week. Obviously if I exercise or get gross otherwise (like if it's super humid and gross out), I shower more often.
