I now pretty much exclusively use the online hold system. I can run in, get the stuff I've reserved off the holds shelf, and get checked out quickly. It has dramatically increased our use of the library and now we're there (for like 2 minutes, but with a huge bounty every time!) about once a week. It's too stressful for me. But, I do want to start taking her to the library in my hometown whenever we visit. DH has been on parental leave 5 weeks and has already taken her 3 times.
