Four months old and there's not much to cut. They grow sooo fast. I do it while she's nursing. She has really pretty nails so I love to keep them nice and not let the nails break, and of course not scratch the heck out of me! Mine grow fast too so that may be where she gets it from! We use baby clippers but I may get a pair of small adult clippers because the baby ones are getting pretty dull. His nails grow soooo fast. They're like little talons clawing at me when he eats. I clip them real quick while he's on the changing table, but I doubt I'll be able to do that for much longer. He's so squirmy that I've nicked his finger a couple of times :( He doesn't seem to mind it, he's just always on the move! We use a regular baby nail clipper. I have to clip LOs nails at least 1x/week because they grow so fast! I do it when he is nursing and luckily he doesn't squirm too much. He's 4 1/2 months.
