After the small rash scare we had I'm afraid to stop using it now! But might not be a bad idea to only use it after a poopy diaper. @Mrsbells: My daycare does not use diaper cream. So if you want to you have to bring it in and sign a release form. I would ask the daycare if they require you to bring it or not.
