The cups she uses at meals get super grubby so those get washed every day even if she just has water with her meal (and sometimes she uses three separate cups for water with her meals.... I guess her hands are just extra sticky). Except the water cup he keeps in bed, which we wash every few days. For DS2 - He generally has 1 cup he uses throughout the morning, then another cup in the afternoon.
