We have a kitchen hand towel (for drying hands only) that I change maybe once a month. For everything else we use paper towels. And bath towels, maybe once every 3 or 4 weeks. I figure, I'm clean when I use it, I hang it right back up to dry, it can't be that dirty, can it? I swap out the kitchen towels 1-2 times per week and the towels I *try* to do that much, but honestly I'm not very good at remembering to do those.
