I cancelled my membership since I can't leave the house during the week at night. And timing it never worked out I could go on the weekends. I need it to warm up so R and I can take walks. And I need to start working out again after she goes to bed. I just get SO bored with videos.

&#60;p&#62;Currently I'm using diet to lose weight and it's just so much easier than trying to lose weight with working out. If I had an hour to work out 3-4 times a week I would prefer to do that eating less and not eating carbs works so much faster and fits with my lifestyle right now

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have been thinking about joining my local gym because I haven't worked out in 4 years, and I have so little energy. I don't have the energy to make it to the gym! But I know working out will give me more energy.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In the past, I've always worked out 3 times a week. But I didn't really see any results unless I changed my diet. It was more maintenance if I worked out 3 times a week. I've heard that often when people add one more work out (4 or 5 times a week), it makes a dramatic difference.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I feel like I have so few hours in a day, the thought of working out 4 times a week is kind of mind boggling!
