My mom used to watch LO1 while I worked, so she saw him almost every day. They live 20 minutes away. We see my in-laws usually once a week. They live 45 minutes away, but are moving closer next month. Sometimes we can go weeks on end, 3 months went by once. They live ten hours away. FIL sees them once a month or so. He lives in our city but is almost 90 and with winter illnesses we've had to cancel a few times lately. MIL doesn't work and lives 1.5 hours away. We haven't seen her since October since she's in Florida at tennis camp now. When she is home we see her maybe every other month depending in when she has hair appointments and needs to stay at our house. It's really effed up. She's never spent Christmas or birthdays with my girls but can jump through all sorts of hoops to get her hair colored. I'd say that happens very 2-3 months where they go more than 1 week without seeing him. They live 1.5 hours away. My family is a 2hr flight away, & so far my mom's been out twice, my dad once & we've been to see them twice in the 7mos LO's been here. Hope to keep up on the visits w/ my family--I miss them & I absolutely want LO to know them well. Inlaws see them every week or every two weeks usually. They're both retired but they have their own schedules and such, so we usually do a big family dinner when we getogether and it's almost always a whole day event.
