R is 10 weeks and goes three hours between feedings during the day. She will drop to two hours before bed sometimes. She was going five-seven hours at night before one wake up but she woke up twice last night.

ETA - occasionally she will go 3.5-4 hours during the day.

@grizz: Ugh, I am sorry! I have to admit I miss the snuggles some, but it has given us a lot more freedom to get out and do things. I hope they spread out soon for you!
@edelweiss: Interesting, I wonder if this will happen with us!
@.twist.: anywhere from 5-15 minutes! we went to the pedi today and I did a weighted feed. He took in 4 oz in 6 minutes. I guess I just have a piglet on my hands.
@sslm: This sounds so much like what is going on over here!! It does feel like rejection, doesn't it?

G is 2 months and I recently got her on an every 2.5-3 hr eating schedule during the day, although she went a bit longer than that at daycare today. She then cluster feeds in the evening (2-3 times between 5-8pm) and sleeps for 9-10 hrs. My supply has been great, but it does look like it will drop with work :/

C is nearly the exact same age as J and nurses every 1-2 hours for 25 minutes per session... So I am jealous of you :) We can't go anywhere!

Miss A is almost eleven months and feeds at 0700, 1000, 1200 (before her nap) 1500, 1700 and 1930 (bedtime), she also has one or two night feeds. The exact times do vary depending on what we're up to for the day and a couple of the feeds are more like snack feeds than full meals!

Xander is 6 months and eats every 3 hours, but I get the impression he could definitely go longer. But he eats when I offer it at the 3 hour mark, so I keep doing it, haha.

He does go 4 hours after his first morning feed though (5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.), but that's after 7-8 hours without eating, so I think he eats a LOT that first feed.

She will be 6 months next week. During the day 3 hours, sometimes will go 4 if we are out and she is distracted, but otherwise I keep to 3 hours. She will go 5 hours in the morning though. Like last night she was up at 245, nursed and fell asleep. Then she got up at 6, and I dropped her off at day care at 7 without nursing cause she doesn't eat when she first gets up. Likes to be up for an hour to two hours before.

L is 8 weeks and eats about every 2 hours during the day. He has one 4 hour stretch at about 9pm. He weighs ~9 lbs. I know he can go for longer stretches and I wish he would, at least, at night.

How long does it take J to eat? I think if weight and diaper output are good, then your supply will just regulate itself and know how much your baby needs by how often you nurse.

@maybebaby: That happened to me around that time and I had the same scared reaction. M still freaks out if I offer and she's not hungry! She eats every 3 hours on average.

ETA: She's 4.5 months. I started this thread back when this started happening: http://boards.hellobee.com/topic/does-anyones-baby-not-really-seem-to-like-nursing

She's also an efficient eater, usually just 10 mins!

She's 2.5 weeks old, and eats about every 2 hours, with a longer stretch at night, and one or two periods of every-half-hour cluster feeding in the evenings. SO OFTEN.

And how old are they? J is 3 months old and freaks out when I offer him the boob sooner than 3 hours after his last meal. He'd happily wait 4. I am always concerned about supply and since he so infrequently eats I do pump to keep telling my body to produce milk. He is gaining great and good diaper output, but I am just still not used to such an infrequent (and quick!) nurser after what felt like cluster feeding the first 9 weeks of his life!
