Last night she had a 1 am snack. She has been down to 1 MoTN feeding since 8-9 months. Don't feel guilty it's totally normal! I know it feels like everyone elses baby is sttn but they arent, I promise! Those babies are unicorns! Just do what works for you guys! I consider Logan (3 months) to be STTN because he stays asleep the entire time that I'm sleeping. He eats and goes right back to sleep. He was regularly having 2-4 wakeups a night until we sleep trained at 4 months old; then he went down to 2 and then 1 pretty quickly. He goes to bed between 7-7:30pm and is up for the day anywhere between 5:30am (woof) and 7am. Most often, it's 2x, but once a week or so it's at least 3. DS was EBF as well and didn't STTN until 9 months when he started walking. Then it was someone flipped a switch and he hardly ever woke during the night again. I think starting solids has helped him sleep longer, plus daycare exhausts him. Plus, for now (I know its a jinx and probably will change in a month or two) he is a good sleeper. LO is 5 mo and her good nights are 2 wake ups. Sometimes 3 (bad is 4!). Has never been less than 2 though. I feel like she only wakes up when she's hungry, then eats and goes back to sleep. But everyone always asks me if she's STTN and makes me feel guilty!
