Either daycare feeds her something with meat at lunch, or I put a little bit of meat into her dinner. Right now, LO has only had chicken and turkey, and he eats it about 4-5x a week. We do not eat that very much as a family so I suppose I do limit it. But DD doesn't care for it much anyway. "Too much meat is not good! No more than 2 times a week!" Some days she'll get chicken, others fish, and i sometimes red meat if it's part of spaghetti sauce. How often does your LO eat meat? Do you try to limit it at all?
