She loves them. We use Burt's Bees, and haven't had any problems with skin sensitivity (and LO has very sensitive skin) or UTIs. We make sure to rinse the bubbles off, though, after the tub has drained. LO loves the rinsing part of the bubble bath routine. It makes them happy and it's fun! I rarely buy actual bubble bath but I am thinking of trying bath bombs with them.
