Maybe very naughty (like an extended amount of time), once every other week. Sometimes I look around and see other kids so mellow and I wonder. At our similarly aged art class, every kid had a meltdown at some point so I know it's not just us. (I noticed each parent handled it quite differently though.)<br /> I'm chalking it up to brain development leaps. And since we';ve been traveling like non-stop for the past few weeks, that has been A LOT lately. Super naughty and whining non-stop. He turned 3 in April...the 2's weren't terrible for him, he never screamed or yelled, he always listened and people always stopped me in public to tell me he was so well behaved. Not so much now, well he still behaves in public...it's just at home where we are having the problems. Right now, he won't pick up his toys or get dressed without yelling at me or having to go in a time-out. Hoping this phase passes soon! We are just looking forward to bedtime! It is rare that he is this naughty - deliberately doing things he knows he's not supposed to, and even asking for time outs. Part of it is probably that he's hungry, but he won't eat much.</p> <p>Most of the time Charlie is sweet, but maybe once a month he makes us want to put him in time out all day! </p>
