LO started sleeping 8 - 10 straight. we were putting him down for the night at 9pm and he was sleeping in until almost 7am. It didn't last though. He will be 8 weeks Monday. He sleeps 4-5 hours (depends on when I put him down...he always wakes around 1:30-2am) after taking at least 30 minutes to fall asleep. Then he's up for an hour nursing/getting back to sleep, then he sleeps a 2.5-3 hour stretch and is up between 5:30-6. He sometimes go back down for 45-60 minutes after being up for an hour. I'm hoping he will add that extra hour to his 2.5-3 hour stretch soon. He really needs it up is always waking up with gas at 5:30-6am. He fights swaddling while falling asleep but once he's asleep he sleeps so much better swaddled. But wks 6-8 were clister feeding and then 9-11 were crapshoot w mot. Wakeups at four mths ds slept 12 hrs. She didn't go to bed until about 10:30 or 11 though. Her bedtime progressively got earlier the older she got. She started STTN at 12 weeks old. Hope your LO starts sleeping longer stretches soon! E is almost two months old and I'm curious what others LO's sleep is/was looking like around this time. She currently takes a while to get into a deeper sleep where she's not fussing/wiggling/wanting her pacifier and then will sleep about 3 hours, then is up every 2-3 after that until 6am then she wakes up every hour until I get up. I can't wait for those longer stretches, hoping they are right around the corner....
