So I usually just dump it out in the morning and refill it. We have fake grass in our "backyard" so when I dump it out it seeps through and goes right down the drain. Love our mud free city yard. The slide and playhouse stay on the deck all year, so in the spring DH just pressure washes them. So in that instance if LO wants to start to play and there's stagnant water I dump it, wipe it (but don't get it spotless) and then refill..... the wiping probably only happened like that 3-4 times this summer. I should turn it upside down after dumping to keep the rain water out.. .WOW, what an epiphany!!!! I need to clean them but since they are outside and not in my line of sight when I'm cleaning, they often get forgotten. Do you clean your LO's outdoor toys? If so, when/how often? What do you use to clean them? Do you have a system in place to help keep them clean instead of rotting in the elements? </p>
