We took him to his first game when he was not quite 12 weeks old. He went to 7 full games in March, and he slept through a lot of it, although when he was awake he was very interested in people watching. He just went to his first regular season MLB game this past Sunday and did great. I will just walk with her if she gets fussy since I'm not a big enough fan to get upset about missing anything. We don't have a MLB so we aren't spending a lot of money to go see a game if we would need to leave early! We lasted about 6 innings. We're taking her to her first MLB game this Sunday at 7 months. We've also taken my nephews to football and basketball games as toddlers and preschoolers. The key is to be flexible and willing to leave the game when the kids are ready to go. Also, be prepared to stomach public restrooms that aren't super clean. They usually do pretty well for a couple of innings and then get antsy and bored.
