I highly value my sleep so I'm often in bed no later than 9pm. Same reason as you. I do one MOTN feed (usually around 3:30am) and then DH does one in the morning before he leaves for work so I can sleep (usually around 6:30/7). I get 7 normally. I would love to get 8 but dh guilts me into staying up with him! I try to go to bed around 10 p.m. if possible, and he wakes up around 3 a.m. to eat, and we all go back to sleep until 7 a.m. My only issue is that I have a really hard time falling asleep after the 3 a.m. wakeup, and it's more that I "doze" than actually sleep. Always have. She is 11 months and since around 7 or 8 months she has been going to bed at 7, waking at 6 to eat, playing for an hour or so and them back to bed until around 9. We go to bed at around 10 and on my weekends I sleep in until 9 with her! I get between 5-6 hours of broken sleep in average. Last night the baby woke up 4 times and my toddler woke up twice. M is 4 months now and I sleep from 10:30 until 12 or 1, nurse M for 20 min, back to sleep until about 4, nurse again, and then up for the day about 6. It's a decent amount of sleep, but I'd really love to sleep more than a couple hours at once. My LO is 12 months and started sleeping through the night sometimes about a week before she turned 1. She will STTN maybe 3-4 nights a week and have a wakeup or two 3-4 nights a week. Ds sleeps 8-6 or so and he is almost 5 months. I go to bed between 1030-11. Depends on the night...but lately, around 4-5 hours :sad: She is 14 weeks old.
