It took at least 6 weeks to get it down and even though he doesn't nap very long, it's fine now since he sleeps more overnight. He's never been a super sleepy kid. I think most experts say at this age they should still have three, but the third nap is always a huge fight, so I kind of just gave up on it, unless her afternoon nap is too short.
