Yesterday's menu was 6oz of yogurt, a pear, and a handful of Cheerios for breakfast; a chicken thigh, half an avocado, and some puffs for lunch; a slice of cheese and a small apple for snack; two lamb chops, a few pieces of roasted zucchini, half a sweet potato, and a handful of raspberries for dinner. He eats about 21 ounces of breastmilk/formula and 2-3 meals totaling about 5 ounces. She gets a small handful of snacks (yogurt melts, puffs, etc) some days if she's extra hungry. DS is 11.5 months and will put things in his mouth and eat some but most of it gets spit out. He gets 3 meals and 2 snacks a day but I think breastmilk is still what fills him up. He eats a full breakfast (usually 2 scrambled eggs, some toast with fruit and a sausage), 2 snacks (one is usually a cut up fruit and the other is a string cheese- sometimes he'll have crackers or something else too), lunch and dinner. Very rarely does he turn anything away! He's even eaten more than me at dinner time!!!!! </p> <p>He's a lil above average as far as height/wt and always has been. I think he's right around 21 lbs/30 inches right now.</p> <p>He's still bf as well... ~20 oz a day.</p> <p>Is this normal? </p>
