I get maybe 7-8h. By the time I shower and hang out with DH and relax a bit, I've already killed 3h or so. Then, I try to get up about 45 minutes before him to shower & get ready for the day. She is starting to stretch feeding more often though. A couple of night a week she will go 6-7 hours without waking. He's dealing with night terrors recently so he's been getting up once in the middle of the night crying for daddy. DD is almost 7 months old and she sleeps from 7:30-7 with 2 wake ups. Sometimes I go to bed later though and I wake up early to exercise. She normally sleeps 6pm-7am. She normally has a stretch of 10-3:30, but it's usually at least 10:30-11:00 before I'm in bed. I'm lucky to get 4 hours straight. Even if DH does the night feeding, I still wake once to pump.
