She gets 8.5 - 10 hrs of uninterrupted sleep at night, followed by several 30 minute naps during the day (wish those were a bit longer) and sometimes one longer nap as well. Total sleep time for our 14 week old is 13.5 - 14.5 hrs per day with the odd day of more or less sleep thrown in as well. If he legitimately sleeps through the night then he gets 11.5-11.75 overnight. If he wakes for a feed he ends up sleeping 12+ hours (with time he is up at night subtracted). We usually get 2.5-3 hours in naps. I love the sleep/WT chart that Mrs. High Heels posted. But I found that my kids always needed more sleep than what was on the chart. Olive is 11 months old (almost 12) and sleeps 15-16 hours in a 24 hour period. Charlie will be 3 in 2 1/2 months, and usually sleeps 13 hours in a 24 hour period during the week. Sometimes on weekends he skips his nap so he sleeps longer at night and gets 12 hours of sleep, or he takes a long nap and gets 14 hours of sleep. What about your LO?
