That's only 10.5 hr, doesn't sound like enough to me... She could definitely nap mid day but doesn't get tired until 2 or 3 , which doesn't work for preschool/day care schedule... No naps. He NEEDS the full 12 hours though or he's grouchy all day. But, when he was 3, he was going to bed about 7:30 and waking up around 7, with no naps at home. They had rest time at school, for about an hour, but he didn't always sleep then.
