We used to do almost every nap in the Ergo, DD is a little over 3.5 months and is just starting to not nap consistently in it. It suckkks, I used to count on it to get anything done around the house/eat meals (DH travels so I solo parent a LOT of the time) but now I'm working on getting her to nap on her own, so much more work! ;)

Our almost 18 month old DD still sleeps in the Tula daily. I'm currently sitting at our kitchen table as she sleeps in a back carry. We upgraded to a toddler Tula and I'm hoping she continues to sleep in it for a long time

My ten month old still sleeps in the wrap or ring sling. It's not consistently reliable, but it still happens.

At around that age, is when they start discovering their surroundings. It can be harder to get them to just fall asleep in the carrier. I always had to nurse him to sleep in the carrier around that age. However, once 9 months hit, things became less interesting lol. He would fall asleep again much easier.

My 22 month old, will fall asleep in a back carrier if it's around nap time, regardless if of what we are doing as long as I keep moving.

Not necessarily, although that is about the age that both my girls started being able to get distracted enough that napping wasn't a given.

Lorelei will still, at almost two, fall asleep in the wrap. Almost never if we are out and about, but I've popped her in a back carry and done boring stuff on several occasions when she was trying to fight nap. Before too long she would be zonked.

We did regular naps until about 6 months. Usually wrapped on the front. But once he dropped a nap, I stopped doing them. Plus it was just painful! Now that he's 14 months, I bet he'd have to be really tired to do it, but I bet he could.

Also, not on topic but your daughter is little like mine, do you still do a newborn carry (froggy legs) or do you do legs out?

Around 15 weeks she stopped consistently napping in the carrier. She will still fall asleep in there after awhile, but its not as quick or simple, now she likes to look around.

I managed to get my LO to nap in the Ergo when we were at a New Year's day celebration. She was 15 months! She was extremely tired and I bounced and patted her bum until she fell asleep. I wasn't sure if she was going to nap or not since she will only nap at home in the crib these days.

C doesn't sleep much on the go these days, at 6 months. She did fall asleep in the beco in the airport last month though, and she will fall asleep still in the stroller or car if the time is right. But it's nothing like when she was tiny and would just pass out in the moby.

As of this fall, my son (now 21 months) would sleep in the backpack on hikes (if close enough to nap time). In a baby carrier probably until 8 months

We have an Ergo and S used to sleep really well in it. The weather has been really bad here recently so I the last time I used it was a month ago. I took her out today around nap time and she just stayed awake for like an hour and would not sleep so I ended up taking her home. She's 4.5mths. Is this going to be the end of napping on the go? :(
