After 2 1/2 days she still has no problem wetting herself. And now she's sick today so I don't think I'm gonna push it. I think we'll just do diaper-free days on weekends until she gets a handle on it. DD2 "took her time" a bit too... She would show readiness at around 2.5 yo, but over the course of a few months, she would regress a few times (especially when #3 was born)... She was finally pretty fully trained one month after her 3rd birthday. I think its hard to do anytime but I do think because he was older it helped somewhat as in the end we did have less accidents and it didn't took that long in retrospect. Once he saw the potty there was no going back, we started on a Tuesday evening! DS1 was potty trained out of necessity because he had a horrible irritating rash that bothered him so much. Not even the expensive $300 prescription cream could help him.
