Good job for 3x a day!! I did that for the 1st week at work, and it was way too hard for me. Luckily it never affected my supply just dropping to 2 pumps. I nurse at 7:30, pump at 11 and 3:30-4ish. Then I normally dont nurse until I put her down around 7:30-8ish. I did two pumps a day until she was one and then quit cold turkey. Still nursed morning and night. She is 8 months old. </p>
