She didn't show any signs of jealousy, but I could tell she was sad that I wasn't spending as much time with her. She didn't understand why the baby could sleep in our room and she had to go to her bed. </p> <p>She is now 3 years old and my son is 16 months. And now they play together, which is amazing for us the parents. I was also lucky that I stayed home for 10 months after my son was born and had my MIL's help daily. So in a way, it wasn't as traumatic as it could've been. </p> <p>Good luck!
