LO is a week shy of 8 months and eats pasta - I started giving it to her this month. She loves spaghetti - I cut the pasta up into little bits and mix with spaghetti sauce and she noms it all up. She also has tried macaroni type noodles with a little olive oil and butter, and has eaten pasta at daycare several times (I'm not sure exactly what kind).

Probably around 8 months we gave her super soft pasta...it was rotini shaped, but I would cut them in smaller pieces and she loved to pick them up and eat them. Other shapes she did well with were macaroni and mini penne. She ate plain pasta for a long time and probably around 10-11 months she started having some with sauce

We're nt doing grains before 12m, and even then I hope to stick to wheat but...ya know;) white is so good:)
It would probably be shell pasta or elbow since that's what Mac n cheese is made of!

I think she was around 9.5 months. We started off with really soft udon noodles cut into tiny pieces. Now at 11 months she loves all kinds of pasta. ESP Mac and cheese. Ill just cook it a longer than ours (I prefer al dente) so that it's easier for her to chew.
