Who gives a 16 year old a cell phone and tells them not to talk more than 90 minutes a MONTH? My cell phone lasted exactly one month. And then I was grounded for 6 because my cell phone bill was something outrageous like $500. Oops?? I didn't get a cell phone again until I was 18, had a job and went off to college and could pay for it myself.
