My mom will likely retire when I'm in my mid-30s. He still works but there are days he doesn't go into the office, or just checks in in the AM. Since he just works for himself I doubt he'll ever really fully retire. It will be another 10 years before my mom retires at the age of 65. So I'll be 38 when both parents retire.
