My name was very popular when I was born (1984, right about at its peak), and was #15 in the country that year, #13 in Ohio where I was born-- 939 babies in Ohio with that name born in 1984. </p> <p>LO's name (Fiona) has risen dramatically in popularity over the last 30 years, no indication yet of if it is peaking or still rising. It still is not that popular in the US though-- #209 in the US in 2012 and not in the top 100 for Ohio (so I can't see the # of babies born with it). Also my midwife told me yesterday she'd actually never caught a baby named Fiona, which I sort of love :) </p>
