His coffee is amazing, but it's like a tea ceremony is going down in the kitchen while he's doing it. It really matters how you pour the coffee, stir the coffee, etc. etc. I completely lack the patience for all of that first thing in the morning. </p> <p>Do you have a burr grinder? I did some research, and someone said it's like baking: you have to be super exact with your measurements, and the timing of things. Hmm, maybe that explains it.</p> <p>How good are you at making coffee? Or do you just go with instant or a coffee machine... </p>
