So... </p> <p>But realistically we did keep it functioning has a guest room since our moms came and stayed with us (separately) after she was born and they stayed in the guest bed in there. We had already painted, and purchased/assembled all of the furniture. But most of the smaller things - sheets, decor, mobile, blankets etc were on our registry so we waited until after the shower to decorate. I think everything, including wall decorations, were done by 36 weeks. Our parents and grandparents wanted to gift us all the big stuff like crib and stroller in advance of the shower and we reused a dresser and recliner we already had, so it was all pretty minimal. My answer... Um, nothing is done. Lol!</p> <p>We don't have a theme or registered for crib bedding (just sheets), just purple for the girl and green for the boy. I did go to the craft store yesterday to find a fabric with both colors that would tie it together. We had to purchase the decorations which wasn't a big deal to get ready. Sort of depends when you have your shower and how fast you plan to use your nursery. But to answer your question... the furniture was mostly in the nursery but it wasn't decorated yet I don't think. So not put together at all. Its the room where we've been putting all the baby stuff we've accumulated. We are hoping after our showers (@ 27 weeks), we'll have the cribs and start figuring out where everything will go. </p>
