I am just telling people slowly and letting them know I don't want the news spread fast. That way it isn't everyone fussing at once. I am almost at 17 weeks and it is still pretty easy to hide, although getting more difficult by the day. I think slowing letting the people around me know has made it better for me. I know it will come though when everyone else starts to notice. I worry about being the center of attention when I am pregnant. My plan has been to hold off on telling people as long as possible, partially to avoid the fuss, and partially due to fear of miscarriages (I will be high risk). I figure that instead of having 30+ weeks of people fussing, I could maybe get it down to 20. DH and I were discussing this, and he thinks that holding off might make me/us more the center of attention. Which way do you think? Why? How can I avoid this?
