If not maybe reschedule the appt.... I know some pedi's prefer to wait until after sickness to vax and if you're sick it may be best to wait to make sure she doesn't catch whatever you have. Every time I get a cold, I start taking Zicam (spray) religiously and it makes a big difference. I nursed her laying down &amp; tried to sleep with her so that she'd take longer naps... of course the one good nap she took my high fever came back and I wasn't able to sleep! UGH. DH has to work so I need to care for LO. I can manage, but seriously how do people care for kiddos when they are sick?! It really makes it worse since you can't get much rest. </p>
