<description>&#60;p&#62;@ElbieKay:  Thought. If you decide to do a box over it like @Mae:  suggested, could always make it decorative. Possibly make it look like a birdhouse? Just be sure there's a way to open said box in case you need to get to that alarm!

<description>&#60;p&#62;We live in a new construction condo.  There is one of these in each bedroom.  Unfortunately, the one in our son's room is right above his crib.  He still can't sit up by himself, but eventually we will need a way to cover it up.  Has anyone solved this problem?
