<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, straw brush - and brush well! I had an issue not long ago where I found mold growing in that space after I let DH clean my parts for me and then I didn't look closely enough. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I was given a good tip of using a q-tip for the membranes as it's soft enough and fits in those (found mold there, too).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I love this pump, but man does it have some teeny places to clean!
