I swear by this Martha Stewart recipe for pork chops. I often sub regular breadcrumbs and flavors of the jam. Lately, we've been having it with my Aunt's peach jam.

Frying pan on low, while sides cook, halfway through cooking dump undiluted can of cream of mushroom soup until ready to eat! Keeps 'em so nice and moist, yummy!!

@Mrs. Champagne: salt, pepper & garlic salt. Seriously, nothing more. It is delicious and juicy every time. But my husband is also a master griller. :P He always pulls just at the brink of losing the pinkness.

DH likes to take a bottle of BBQ sauce and slather them and throw them in the oven for 45 min.

I take the porkchops, put them in a gallon bag and add two packets of brown gravy mix, shake it up so they're covered in it, wrap them in tin foil on a pan for 45 min at 400. SO good. Everyone loves them, it's the only way I like porkchops!

This is by far my favorite pork chop recipe. Easy, quick and super flavorful. It's best with fresh herbs but still good with a sprinkle of dried, too.

I usually just pan fry them and make a quick pan gravy with the drippings, often with sliced mushrooms and a little bit of wine or stock. Sometimes I make a sauce with apple cider or juice, or just serve them with applesauce,
